Please bring your pet's prior medical records (a printed copy), any current medications with dosages, and any diagnostics from your primary veterinarian.
Appointments are not necessary, but they are recommended to avoid a longer wait.

Yes! We have an open-door policy. Family members are welcome to accompany their pet during appointments, observe surgeries, and stay during recovery.
Unfortunately, we are not equipped at this time to treat pocket pets or large animals.
Please do not feed your pet after 6 PM the night before, and limit water intake. Drop-offs should be before 8 AM.
Mild reactions such as eating grass, lethargy, or a low fever lasting under 24 hours can be normal. Contact us if symptoms persist, and call immediately for swelling or signs of anaphylactic shock.

Yes. Ticks can transmit ehrlichia, anaplasma, and Lyme disease. Monthly preventative medication is available.
